More Than a Family Practice
By providing primary care and counseling on site and coordinating a variety of support services, our goal is your complete wellness. We will work together to manage your health care needs.
If you are uninsured, our team can help you determine what insurance options are right for you. By accepting the Healthy Michigan Plan, Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance, as well as offering a sliding fee scale based on family income for the uninsured or those whose insurance plans have high deductibles or copays, we make health care accessible to every person in your family!
What We Do
Health Insurance Guidance
We believe health should be simple. We know health care is confusing. We can help! We will help you determine what insurance options are right for you. If you are uninsured, or if your insurance has high out-of-pocket expenses, we offer a sliding fee scale based on family income. No one is ever turned away because of an inability to pay.
We treat our patients like people, not symptoms. Our doctors, nurse practitioners, and staff are with us because they are genuinely passionate about community health. Whether you see us for a routine check-up, an illness that needs diagnosis and treatment, a vaccination, or screening tests, we take a proactive, personal approach to your health care.
Our goal is your complete wellness. For patients who have established care with one of our providers, we offer a variety of support services such as interpreter services and help accessing dental care, if needed. As a service to all our patients, we offer assistance with transportation to and from appointments with us. Call today for more information about the options available: (231) 935-0799.
