Recovery Team
One of the things that makes the Traverse Health Recovery Program unique is our team-based approach of wrap-around services. The dedicated professionals you will work with include:
- Your Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor as your therapist, providing individual and/or group counseling.
- Your Nurse Care Manager to oversee your individualized care plan and help with other aspects of daily life.
- Your Peer Recovery Coach to help you access community-based services and work with you and your family to navigate recovery.
- Your Primary Care Provider who can prescribe your MAT medication and help you manager other chronic or short-term health problems you may be facing.
But the most important member of this team is YOU. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Your individualized care plan will reflect you, your values, and your health priorities.
